What’s your return policy?
Physical items are made to order, so returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. If you have a concern about your order, please let me know within 7 days of its arrival so I can do my best to make it right.
Do you accept exchanges?
Because everything is printed on demand, I am unable to offer exchanges for sizing, color, or preference changes. I’m happy to help with replacements if your item arrives damaged or incorrect. Please reach out within 1 week of your order's arrival with photos of the damage/defect so I can fix it.
Can I cancel my order?
All physical products in my shop are created on demand, which means they’re automatically sent to production shortly after checkout. Once in production, the order cannot be paused, edited, or canceled.
For this reason, cancellations are almost never possible. You’re always welcome to message me as soon as you notice a mistake, and I’ll check the status for you. If production hasn’t started yet, I’ll try to cancel it. After that point, the order must be completed as placed.
What happens if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please send a photo within 7 days of delivery. I’ll replace it at no cost to you.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, I am unfortunately only set up to ship within the U.S.
Will my items ship together?
Physical products are made in different production facilities and may ship separately depending on the products you order.
Who produces your physical products?
All physical products are produced by trusted print partners who specialize in high-quality, made-to-order items. This allows each piece to be created fresh for you and shipped directly from the production facility.
