Made-To-Order Production

Physical products are created after your order is placed. Cancellations and/or modifications to your purchase are generally not possible once an order has been submitted. Orders move into production quickly, and once they begin printing, no edits can be made.

Physical products are made and shipped by trusted third-party production partners. I manage the designs and customer support, while they handle printing and delivery. Because of this, production and shipping timelines may vary slightly depending on the facility and the carrier. Certain aspects of delivery and manufacturing are not directly within my control.

Production and delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, high-volume periods, or facility capacity. I do not directly control shipping carriers and cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

Print colors and placement may vary slightly due to production methods, inks, or monitor settings.

Digital Products

All digital downloads include a personal-use license only. Redistribution, editing, screenshotting, reselling, posting publicly, or sharing the files in any way is prohibited. 

Purchasing a digital set does not grant commercial or licensing rights. Digital downloads are delivered instantly after checkout. If you do not receive your files, please reach out and I’ll resend them. Please download and save your files promptly. Because digital files cannot be “returned,” all digital purchases are final sale.

Accuracy of Information

Colors and placement may vary slightly due to screen settings and printing variations.
Sizing information is provided on each listing; please review it before ordering. 

I reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions on the site, including pricing or availability, and may cancel or update orders if needed.

Intellectual Property

All digital downloads, photo sets, and content on this site are for personal use only.
You may not:

• Resell

• Redistribute

• Reupload

• Edit and repackage

• Use commercially

without written permission.

Order Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including suspected fraud, misuse, or policy violations.

Pricing & Updates

Prices may change at any time. Policies may be updated periodically; continued use of the site indicates your acceptance of any changes. 

Prices, availability, and product listings may change at any time without notice.

Applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout when required by your state.

Coupons & Promotions

Coupons, promo codes, and discounts must be applied at checkout and cannot be added retroactively. Only one discount may be used per order unless stated otherwise.

Promotional pricing is valid only for the dates listed and may change at any time.

Customer Responsibility

Please review your order carefully before checkout, including product selections, sizes, colors, quantities, and your shipping address. Orders begin processing quickly and changes cannot be guaranteed once submitted. Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping information is accurate; items lost or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address are not eligible for refunds, and reshipping fees may apply if a package is returned to the sender.

Payments must be completed successfully for an order to process, and any duplicate or accidental orders will move forward unless you contact me immediately and the order has not yet entered production. Once an item has been shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. If a package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, customers may need to file a claim with the carrier, though I’m always happy to help where I can.

Limitation of Liability

I am not liable for delays, lost packages, or issues caused by shipping carriers or third-party production partners. I am also not responsible for typographical errors, pricing inaccuracies, or variations in color or appearance due to device settings or print methods.

Privacy & Data Policy

This website collects basic information necessary to process your order, such as your name, email, and shipping address. Your information is never sold or shared except with trusted partners who assist with payment processing and order fulfillment. By using this site, you consent to this data being used to complete your purchase.
