Physical Products

All physical items are made to order. Because of this, returns are only accepted if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer error (wrong color, variant, etc.)

  • General preference

  • Buyer's Remorse

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will remake and ship a replacement at no cost to you.

Digital Downloads

All digital items (such as photo sets) are final sale.
Once the files are delivered, they cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

If you did not receive your files or cannot access them, please contact us and we will resend your download link.
