THE TALL GIRL

At 6'3, the first thing most people notice about me is my height! Everyone in my family is tall, so it felt like a rite of passage when I had growth spurts. But, like anything that sets you apart, it also came with some unique challenges and insecurities, especially as a teenager. It is now one of my favorite physical attributes, and I love helping other tall girls feel more confident about their height.

LOVER OF SPARKLES

Sparkles just make everything better. If something is sparkly (and doesn't shed!), I already love it. I am OBSESSED. My favorite kind of sparkle, though, comes from being kind and genuine. You can just see it in someone's eyes!! But... if you need me, I'll just be over here in my own sparkly daydream. Feel free to join me ;)

NEURODIVERGENT

Speaking of finding me in a daydream. . . I was just diagnosed last year with inattentive ADHD, and good thing because my whole life makes soo much more sense now! I had always thought of ADHD as the stereotypical kid running around the classroom who can't sit still (not me at all). Apparently, there's so much more to it. Turns out many of my personality "quirks" are actually ADHD. So validating. Just wish I'd known sooner!

(FORMER) MORMON

I was the Mormon girl my whole life. Until I wasn't. My journey both in the church and out of it is the backbone that gives context to basically everything else in my life. Some of the very best things and also some of the most challenging things in my life have come through the church in one way or another. While I no longer align with the religion, I will forever love many of its members, and am grateful for both my past and present journeys.
